LightMix recently launched a fully redesigned and rebuilt website for Advance Peace, a California-based nonprofit working to prevent gun violence in urban communities.
The new WordPress website replaces an outdated legacy site with a modern, more engaging digital presence that better reflects the organization’s mission, programs, and impact. As part of the project, LightMix restructured and reorganized the site’s content and navigation, migrated existing materials, incorporated new client-provided content, and integrated photography, video, and media from recent events.
The new site also includes expanded functionality, including a password-protected reporting area for city partners and internal stakeholders.
Following launch, LightMix continues to support the platform through ongoing maintenance, updates, and development—ensuring the site remains secure, up to date, and aligned with the organization’s evolving needs.
This project reflects LightMix’s continued work with mission-driven organizations that need clear, flexible, and compelling digital platforms to support outreach, communication, and long-term growth.
