LightMix is supporting Inter-American Dialogue, a leading Washington, DC–based think tank focused on policy and affairs across Latin America and the Caribbean.
The engagement centers on the organization’s large, content-rich digital platform, which supports a wide range of research, publications, and policy initiatives. LightMix’s role includes ongoing audit and analysis, structured recommendations and reporting, technical maintenance and troubleshooting, and continuous development.
The work is focused on improving performance, usability, and content accessibility, while ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, and scalable as new initiatives and content are introduced. Given the scope and complexity of the site, the engagement involves close coordination with internal teams to support both day-to-day operations and longer-term platform evolution.
