While most of the offshore providers have a price bracket ($1,500 - $3,000 a month for a fulltime staff) freelancers compete in still lowering the price in almost 80% hence the offshore companies would be forcely lower their rates and leaving out the quality of work since most clients prefer to have a cheaper staff than a quality work.
